Information related to the new course
In this new course 2021/2022, our absolute priority is to try to resume our activities, as long as the situation derived from the pandemic allows them to be carried out, complying with all the necessary safety and hygiene measures.
For this reason, in the first place, we acquired and installed automatic dispensers of hydroalcolic gel, disinfectant and paper in the premises to be able to maintain optimal hygiene conditions.
We also elaborated a cleaning and action protocol to carry out before, during and after each of the activities. This protocol will be provided with the beginning of the course.
Of course, it will be mandatory to use the mask at all times (except flute, for obvious reasons) as well as the ventilation of the room. In addition, there will be a limit of places in the different activities to comply, at all times, with the safety distance required by law.
It is also important to note that activities such as accordion, flute, guitar or bobbins / work will take place in our premises because they fall within the parameters set by the Ministry of Health.
However, for those more numerous activities such as Choir, Rondalla, Theater or Dance and Physical Conditioning, we have the temporary transfer of the auditoriums of the civic centers of Monelos and El Castrillón, although they will be subject to their own activities organized by these civic centers.

In the case of flute and guitar, confirmation is still pending due to availability of the monitors.
The activities carried out in the premises will have a limit of places of 20 people.
Two options will be taken into account for the registration process: new partners or partners.
In the case of already being a member of the entity, the registration can be done by telematic means:
In any of the cases, it will be necessary to indicate the name and surname of the member, as well as the list of activities in which they wish to participate.
The registration period is from Monday, September 20 to Thursday, September 23, both inclusive.
In the case of not being able to do the registration by telematic means, there is the option of doing it in person (see the next section).

The face-to-face registration is mandatory for new members as they must complete the membership form. In addition, they will also be informed of the rules of the activities, as well as the operation of the association.

Aspects related to enrollment
It is important to note that for registrations the order of arrival will be taken into account (for those activities with a space limit).
In addition, priority will be given to members (hence their enrollments are earlier) and then offer the rest of the available places to potential new members
Publication of admitted and start of activities
On Monday 27, the lists of admitted students will be published both on the website and outside the premises.
The activities will begin on October 1st.
Payment of fees
The collection of fees will take place the first days of November (for already members)
